Staff at McDowell & Associates assisted Galloup management starting in late 2015 with evaluating multiple sites in Oakland and Macomb counties for the relocation of their Madison Heights operations.  After conducting feasibility studies on the various sites over a two year period, their existing base for operations in Clinton Township became available.

McDowell & Associates staff then provided consulting services pertaining to due diligence and construction testing for the Clinton Township site.

Following planning, ground-breaking was initiated in the Spring of 2019.  Galloup moved to the Clinton Township site over the Christmas break that year.
